Yeah, they have a great work schedule. They do work more than 180 days, but it’s still a fantastic schedule. It’s probably the best thing about working in the school system, apart from a passion for working with/teaching kids. Don’t fool yourself. She’s no doubt been microchipped for a couple decades already.

Yeah, he tried to fight Kessel one time. And Kessel hit with a hockey stick swung like a baseball bat, a couple times. Which of the two did a more crazy thing?
-
Yeah, I was just going to say something similar. They do have a pretty nice schedule for family life, being off all holidays and a lot of the summer when kids are, but they certainly work more than 180 days per year. They do a lot of prep work in the summer and they have some mandatory meeting/trainings.

It is happening this draft, no? I don’t think tankathon has updated %’s because I don’t think the NHL has released them.

This is false. Hockey does not allow what he did.

Also, as @SwampD pointed out, stem cells are routinely donated to research from umbilical cords after completely normal births in a way that doesn’t harm anyone.

You are giving us too much credit.

Probably not, she’s from Texas, but looking at her Wikipedia page did make me realize that she dated Jim Carey, Jack White, Bradley Cooper, and married Kenny Chesney for 4 months. Crazy world. Also, she is in Cinderella Man, and that’s just a great film.

That’s actually what I though it was the first time I saw it, but the guy’s name is Will Scouch. Then again, maybe that’s just a description of what he is going to be doing. (He) Will Scouch (scout from the couch).

That was a dumb, pointless thing to do, leaning on top of a guy laying on the ground and give him a punch for no reason. It’s not the kind of thing that helps your team. There is bringing a physical presence and there is just stupid stuff. Tom Wilson makes bad decisions.

For me, that’s the reason it makes sense to trade/expose him. I don’t think he is as bad as you, but he isn’t worth his salary and as a pending UFA the end of the line appears visible.

My heart goes out to you man. You family sounds great. Keep doing what feels right for all of you.

Honestly, I’m just glad that I felt well enough to do my 5 mile walk after work today. 11 more days until full protection.

I got the one with the microchip. I don’t need my ear buds to listen to Bluetooth from my phone anymore. No bad side effects though.

Evolving Wild Contract Projections for the 2021 Offseason
Curt replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
You said there were reports of a lower price, $7M, earlier in the season/negotiating process. I don’t think there are any reports of that. If you have a hunch that is the case, that’s fine, I’m not to argue about your gut feeling. However, it doesn’t really carry any weight with me. Not like an actual report from any reputable media source would. If you have that, I’d love to see it. EDIT: Also, what’s an almost promise worth? Ask my ex-girlfriends. -
It’s not a locked thread.

Evolving Wild Contract Projections for the 2021 Offseason

No, no. I totally agree with you that the Sabres and Skinner were negotiating during the course of the season. That I remember. What I don’t think exists is any evidence that the Sabres could have signed him earlier for cheaper, and specifically for $7M. I don’t know where you got that from. -

At the of that story, was George right? Lol Sorry, I simply don’t remember it being reported around the trade deadline that Skinner wanted $7M. -

I feel like you may be the only person who remembers this. I don’t think this happened. -
So, follow up. Got my 2nd Pfizer on Friday afternoon. Friday night I started in with a slight headache. Relatively minor but persisted all through Saturday and Sunday even with taking Tylenol. Also felt quite a bit more tired than normal Saturday and to some extent Sunday. Never developed a fever or any other symptoms, and it didn’t stop me from doing anything I had planned. I just felt about 75% for a couple days. Today I feel just about back to normal, 95%. All in all, it was no big deal. If you haven’t yet, go get your vaccine!

Did you know that he is 6’4” and skates really well?

Have you noticed Reinhart’s distinct improvement in FO% recently? Whoops, and then I read to the bottom of the page.

The “Reinhart situation” he was referring to may not have been the potential future overpayment of Reinhart. I was thinking it was the series of short term deals bringing him to UFA status (and potential departure) as quickly as possible. -
Small sample sizes both but he has really produced both in the WHL and at the U18’s this season. Looks like he led the WHL in points per game for draft year defensemen.

Dang, looks like you were pretty much right, maybe even a tad optimistic. I dug up these recent comparables. Werenski - $5M x 3 yrs, 6.14% cap % Sergachev - 4.8 x 3, 5.89% McAvoy - 4.9 x 3, 6.01% Chabot - 8 x 8, 9.8% Ekblad - 7.5 x 8, 10.27% Provarov - 6.75 x 6, 8.28% Hamilton - 5.75 x 6, 8.05% Ristolainen - 5.4 x 6, 7.4% Based on these, I’d say something in the 4.75-5.75 range on a bridge, and 6.75-8.25 range on a long term deal.
