I can see KA telling Lindy that he is keeping 3 goalies because Levi is better than Reimer but he is scared to lose him to waivers. I would prefer to have Levi start when UPL needs a break and have him play in Rochester as much as possible. Reimer can backup UPL and go on the long road trips to get the odd start.

He was close to 30 last year so I think he breaks through that this season. I think Quinn will be the best with his all around game plus IQ. Also, his shot is more lethal than the other two.

Depending on how game #1 goes, Lindy may stay with the same lineup. Someone getting dinged up is changes things. Kulich is the guy going in imo. He is the next man up as far as prospects and has taken a step forward from the end of the last season. If a 4th liner is out, Greenway can drop down a line imo. I am sure the Czech fans are more excited about Kulich’s potential than Rousek’s.

I was better off not knowing that no teams this far below the cap ceiling never make the playoffs. I am still hopeful they can buck that trend but now I am pi**ed again at TP and KA for not finding more talent with that $$. This team can do it but adding talent to provide some help would let me feel better about their chances.

President’s Cup golf was looking like a blowout for the USA but the International team came back yesterday and it is a decent competition now. Montreal crowds are having fun and the weather is great. This tournament doesn’t have the history and competitive edge of the Ryder Cup but it is good golf.
