But… Look at every presidency and I am sure you will find examples of perceived (true or false) overstepping of authority. Some say Lincoln did things wrong although the results were positive. Nixon had Watergate. How many presidencies did the Snowden issue span. Obama’s IRS targeted conservatives. All of a sudden we are in 1930s Germany? In two months? IMO this hyped up rhetoric contributes to the stuff on other platforms like pages and posts calling for death. This is why I had/have an issue a while back with something that was posted on here, no matter how it was spun. Again, I appreciate what you’re doing but I question how much threat assessment, vulnerability assessment, most likely course of action analysis, and such went into these conclusions. Neither you, I, or the judge show a reason to do something the act does not require. The exception would be the organization is not sponsored by the country.
