  1. He's obviously from a land called Carpandea, thus making him a Carpandean.
  2. Whole lot of facepalm. Douglas was fantastic for us after the trade. No way he gets cut.
  3. First step toward conquering that salary cap.
  4. Yeah. Kelce had back-to-back in 1000 yard seasons before Mahomes took over, and four straight 800+ yard seasons.
  5. Don't count out the Bengals. They had a winning record (4-3) with a backup QB. I can't imagine Buffalo pulling that off.
  6. Meaningless observation: Josh and the Bills scored 3 points per drive against the Chiefs, 50% better than the next best team, the 49ers at 2 points per drive.
  7. Seems like they constantly have a sale going. My current membership is a year for $10 that I got last April.
  8. Andreychuk and Gilmour (and Hasek) were both here in the 00-01 season, more recently than Patty
  9. You think most of the board is that young? I doubt it.
  10. If this is a joke, it's certainly gone over my head.
  11. Don't need a cheater on the team, even if the cheater can get us a Super Bowl.
  12. Why are the deep passes not getting caught when they hit the WRs square in the hands
  13. Despite the refs being allergic to call anything on the Chiefs, the Bills go into halftime with a 17-13 lead. I'll take it.
  14. I don't understand how the refs aren't calling anything on the Chiefs. Some absolutely egregious holding going on, at the point of attack no less.
  15. Gotta love how Kincaid bats it sideways (MAYBE forward, but I didn't see any angle on it) and gets flagged 10 yards, but Diggs gets hit helmet-to-helmet and defenseless, no flag.
  16. For anyone who's curious, Marty holds the Sabres record with 3 consecutive shutouts in January 2003 and a total of 221:58.
  17. Belichick has drafted more head coaches in 2008 alone than 1000 yard wide receivers in his entire tenure as a Pats GM. That's really impressive, when you consider the fact that Brady was the guy throwing to those receivers for so many years. 2008 round 1: Jerod Mayo (new Patriots HC) 2008 round 3: Kevin O'Connell (Vikings HC since last season) 2009 round 7: Julian Edelman (the only WR drafted by Belichick to hit 1000 yards in a single season) https://www.sabrespace.com/community/clubs/2-the-oval-office-politics/

  19. Let's see you win a Super Bowl with a hockey team.
  20. I looked at every angle and saw nothing in the movement or spin of the ball to suggest any such thing.
  21. I don't understand how that wasn't overturned. They didn't even explain it. And now we have no challenges.
  22. Sounds to me like you didn't even look.
  23. I don't see why not. Looking at the Personnel Report Policy, I don't see anything that binds a team to being unable to use a player that has been reported Out, so long as the report itself was accurate at the time of reporting. That said, if a single day makes a difference to whether a player would join or not, you'd think they would have been reported Doubtful instead of Out.
  24. 2 days. Both other AFC Wild Card games are today.
