After seeing all the praise heaped on the Larsson line for their effectiveness and overall play, I would be surprised to see that combo broken up before their play slips.

Love my old school Martin Jersey, I took a picture of it against a black background and used it as an avatar when he passed away. Get what you want, but avoid the flashy new guy who hasn't done anything yet. I still chuckle at seeing the Bernier jersey At the arena from time to time.

I think the Hockey Gods respect the long view, and the tank hockey sense in the long view. Thus, the Gods are appeased. In fact, I believe the Hockey Gods are going to throw the Sabres a bone - yes, I'm predicting a lottery win and 30th place. It's the ulitmate make-up call after some of the recent history (ie No Goal I & II, Drury/Briere)

When I was around 10-11 years old (~1976), I played in my school band. My band teacher was also a private pilot and would occaisionally take a student or two on an airplane ride out of Prior Aviation. One early Spring evening, I was the lucky kid who got to go with him. We got back after our flight, and I noticed some of the well dressed guys sitting around Prior looked kinda familiar. Turns out the Sabres were flying a charter out of Prior to Philadelphia that evening. In a little while, the whole terminal would be filled with players and personnel. I called my parents, and they gave me permission to stay a little later. So, I wound up getting all the players autographs, including the French Connection, as well as Marcel Pronovost, Ted Darling, and (I think) Jeanerette. I still have the autographs to this day. If I remember to dig them up, I'll snap a pic and post it. What a cool evening!

I seem to see him around the puck quite a bit, and while he creates chances, but just doesn't have it in him to finish. I'd keep him around.

Yeah, right in front of us in 308. He blocked 2 shots in a very short period of time. When Montreal scored, I really felt bad because Meyers took a beating on that pk. I've been critical of him all season, but he did what he was supposed to do on that pk, sorry to hear he was injured but not surprised by it.
