I know the crop of free agents wasn't great. But this seems like a really slow/boring couple of days (for all teams). Maybe its just because the draft was so exciting for Buffalo, and we have done nothing but sign a couple depth guys so far.

60 points vs 40. That's not even close to being the same. Plus Brower only got 3 points in 14 playoff games. And only 19 in almost 80 games. i.e. his playoff production is half compared to his regular season

Also a culture setting. Cal has a similar personalty to ROR - now we have prospects being shown how to play the game and the level of effort that is expected from them in the AHL - sets them up nicely for us

I like this. Guy puts up great AHL numbers. Didn't play much in the NHL last season - coach didn't like him apparently. Maybe he was their CoHo

Oh I thought above 7.3 it would be four firsts? My bad. Basically whatever amount is less than the four firsts threshold (9 mil?). I could see people paying. Maybe Stl plans on matching and for some reason is happy to let another team do the leg work of organising the contract... This is odd.
