So in your eyes Kaleta steamrolled him huh? Can't say as I have seen too many hard crashes into the boards by a guy getting as minimal a a push as that. That light push was not the sole factor as why and how hard Richards crashed. There was another factor, we just don't know what it was. It's all speculation and Richards will never say a word.

I didn't think so at all. It is something you see numerous time every game by numerous players. I think Kaleta ever so gently pushed him at the same time Richards was losing his balance. Why does Richards go to one knee? Kaleta didn't push him hard enough for him to go to one knee, he had already started to lose his balance as Kaleta pushed him.

Are you saying you would rather look good and lose opposed to looking bad and winning. It's a work in progress for RR and I will take the later. I think this team just plods along and looks bad and loses if Ruff was still calling the shots.

that right there speaks volumes as to how much of a cluster eff Ruff had turned this team into.

I really think that most of mental issues can be solely blamed on Ruff and nothing else. Seems as though he has the ability to mentally break down a player but does not have the ability to get them right again. Poor quality if you ask me.

You say all this, while true, it was within Ruffs system. Obviously Ruffs system didn't work and hasn't worked for some years now, or he would still be here. I'm hoping these guys perform at a higher lever in a newer different approach from Rolston. I believe there is talent on this team, but has never been realized because of Ruff.

So if LR and DR are best of friends and DR hand was forced by Black or Pegula, does DR resign at the end of the year cause he is irritated with TP and/or TB? We can only hope. :D

I kinda hope they don't promote Patrick. Never have been impressed with the way he runs the defense. I wouldn't mind seeing him get the boot also.

At one point in time years ago, I thought so also. Reflecting back, i don't think so. He had 3 players, Hasek, Drury, Briere. When he has actually had to "coach" without those 3, he hasn't done very well. The PP has stunk for a long time, defense has also stunk for a long time, seems to make head cases out of players, a former player is quoted as saying Ruff is the harshest coach he had ever played for, there is other stuff too. The more we keep hearing stuff about Ruff and the more we analyze his tenure here, the picture being painted is screaming at Ruff not being a very good coach. If uncle Terry wants to attract top shelf free agents, Ruff needs to go along with Darcy.
