Yeah we saw Miller at his best, but he also wasn't very good. He had two 1-0 shutouts, very good. He also let in 20 goals in the other 5 games or 4 goals per, not very good. Sv% in 4 of those 5 was below .900, not very good. Whereas the team offensively averaged over 3+ goals per in those other 5 games, pretty good for playoffs.
Can be argued all day long about the players in front of him, the bottom line is he didn't stop enough rubber to get the job done, and the team was putting the puck in the net against a 3 headed monster of nobody goalies.
I think Philly was a better team but Ruff got out coached and Miller got outplayed.
