I didn't even remember that Miller was out of the lineup. Man, I've got to spend less time working and playing with my wife and more time follow the Sabres more closely, eh.

The more important question to me is if they will re-sign Girgs and KO after next season? +++++ I think some GM that thinks this is the year will give up a second for Miller.

Playing with a healthy Crosby helps. Crosby is still drawing double coverage that it frees up space for Evan. Evan is another good player that was never given a chance to develop here. Can't we just be happy that another former Sabre is making it big time? 😉

+++++ Excellent thread, Ghost. I agree with all of it and will just add that the Sabres could not have asked for better veteran leadership, especially with Girgs and Kyle. That was a question mark when they were named captains. Other young players are taking up leadership roles too. Also, KA is fine and will not be going anywhere, except maybe into a President of Hockey Operations role. Much love, Ghost
