He might have the best hands on the team. Him, Hodgson and Grigs were really something in the preseason.
Grigorenko was great in between those two, him and stewart made up for hodgson's lack of defense.
That line indeed looked pretty, but it give me more high hopes for Grigorenko than the other two, i felt like he made them play better.

Eberle on the move to the Blues for Berglund as part of a larger package?
Looks more like a tank move to me, Give up a 60 point player for a 3C, and have some prospects and maybe a draftpick added.

I don't think anyone can manage to ###### up like the Oiler's have. They provide a nice blueprint of "avoid doing this ######"
That is why we got alot of talent in rochester right now, while benoit and meszaros fill up the blue line.

Why trade Myers? Just because you can? That's ridiculous when you look at the future D corp for the Sabres, which will be stacked if you include Myers.
If Myers is part of a trade, it better blow me the f@&k away. He's definitely under valued on this board, IMHO.
Im with you on this, with Myers our future D looks excellent, without him we need to draft a new D in the top 15 if possible.

Grigorenko and Mantha would be an equal trade alone, i don't get why people would do Myers ++ for a prospect.

That's cool. Road game, old friends. I suspect he will play a toned down game. Somewhat. But if I'm betting, Saturday night at home against Toronto, injured or suspension coming.

You don't get over this level of bad quickly. Anyone who thinks we are competitive even with McDavid is kidding themselves. The tank is much longer than you realize.
Oh i firmly believe we'll be icing a much better team next season, we certainly have the prospect pool for it. And adding Mcdavid or Eichel will just be another step of the many we took since 2012.
Edit: Myers is looking really bad lately, i think we all were, ffs myers on that 3rd goal.

I want to hear RJ say it next year, NOW DO YOU BELIEVE just like in 2006.
maybe i am procecting this a year to soon, but you never know what happens if you can make the playoffs.
