I'd keep ennis , foligno, myers, they are reaching an age to do well in the NHL, rest of them can go.
-
Zemgus is also not the creative type of player. I would love to see him and grigorenko or reinhart on a line for once and see what happens.
-
Dubnyk starting for the Wild.
yes he will solve their goalie problem, fletcher doesn't believe his team will make the playoffs anymore i think.

hehe some awesome gifs being shown in the comment section of hockeybuzz.

Only if you lick the fork first.
Im just sitting here, wondering what else we can do with that fork :D

I came in following the sabres to late, to be a true hasek fan. I have seen all the youtube videos, but its not the same.
I did come in time to see Ryan miller get his first start though, and if we ever get a goalie like miller back , I'd be very happy at the moment.

doubt we'll see a goalie ever do this again though where the refs and broadcasters are even like: Is this in the rulebook ?

Ryan Suter suspended two games (meaning he won't be playing in Buffalo tomorrow night)
damn right, that was a punk move. should have been 5 at least.

You know what Minnesota's problem is? They have no identity. Who are the Minnesota Wild?

And if we win the cup, this has to be one of the songs of the evening :D

Love that show. I wish the DVD collections weren't so expensive.
Yeah, they keep airing it over here every two years.
Was actually based on Secret Army, a coproduction of the BBC and BRT (belgian radio television).
Saw that years after Allo Allo, wich is alot more serious, but couldn't stop laughing because of it kept reminding me of all the funny sketches in Allo Allo.

Can only help with our little tank.
allo allo, one of the better shows coming out of britain.

he'll score the gwg :D

Murray said in his first few months on the job that Myers has the potential to be a really good player if you surround him with the right people. It was talked about in depth on GR how a really good player makes those around him better, you don't expect him to need to hold someone else's hand.
What have we seen the past few years? "Tallinder might get him going!" "Gorges will be good for him!"
People keep hanging on to some crazy hope.....meanwhile, the guy has 1 goal this season and is averaging 25+ minutes.
Here is an article from the top writer at The Hockey News suggesting that Myers should be thought of a buyout candidate in the offseason, written less than a year ago........
lol no

Here's the full article.
I don't think Murray could be any more clear, but fill your boots.
The smart GM keeps him, so yeah they'll have to overpay by alot to get him.

So I've had various Belgian beers (imported and American Micros in the same style), is there "more" there (porters and stouts and hops, oh my) that we don't see here because the breweries are too small, or is it variations on the Belgian Golden/Lambic theme?
Alot of small breweries, hell i don't even know how many we got, its just to much :D
We've got you covered. There's a Belgian bar on Elmwood Avenue: http://bmbflo.com/the-beer/
some good ones to, and prices aren't all that bad considering
Orval for $8 , at my pub its 3€, but in cities its 5€ easy. pretty hard to get your hands on that beer over because of all the export.
Delirium tremens nice one to have, lindemans is the best of the fruit beers so that is good to :P
I like your waffles and sprouts. What do you call them there?
wafels en spruiten, but we don't eat them together :P
Now if you really want a typical belgium dish, its chicory. The region where I'm from used to be know for the best in the world.
Untill some idiots decided to show the french and dutch how to do it. Hell my village used to be known for having the best in the world.

OK that's funny. But in Buffalo they drink Canadian beer. (save it beer hipsters, it's a fact!) :)
just saying i got high standards, when you come from a country that has more and better beers than germany even :P
-
IF and when the Sabres make the playoffs, we should try to make a Sabrespace get-together happen!
hah yeah count me in , might get akward though.
-
That would be worth the plane fare to Buffalo.
Not for me , 581 euro is cheapest :P
-
I think ryan signed on , not only for the paycheck, but probably got promised he could build his offense the way he liked.
Also probably promised he could hire some of his former assistants as well.
Meaning someone else than EJ will be the QB, and a changing offensive line.

so main site was offline again last night :D
-
Chad Kilger. Now there is a name I thought I'd forgotten.
Loved playing with him in NHL 2000 :D
-
If he is lucky he'll be back in 6 months
-
I am very comfortable with playing Grigorenko 15-20mins a night on the 3rd line with PK and PP responsibility. I think he could do it.
Oh yeah i got faith in him to, defensively he has already shown not to be worser than most of the veterans.
But seeing him produce 40 - 50 points, we are still a year away from that atleast.
-
That is just it, our pipeline is between 18-20 yrs old, besides ennis and myers we have no one actually rdy for the NHL.
Here lies the problem with grigorenko, we can't waive him so he has to stay up with the big club or we trade him.
Who is the goalie when this team makes a run?

Sign Niemi as UFA and let makarov back him up for 3 years.
