Didn't think the hit was that bad, MacArthur seems to be turning around in the wrong moment leaving his head exposed to the hit. but in a team scrimmage those kind of hits shouldn't be happening.

Europe's D seems a bit slow , but those guys have enough experience to cover up for it against two lines coming at them. Canada can roll out four lines they can't handle it.

The finall apparently is a best of 3, can't see Europe winning two games against canada. Only if they get the first one I see them having a chance tbh.

Wentz clearly has the vision, he knows where all his guys are, can dodge a sack and still throw it to the open man. Was a bit surprised he'd be this good though.

saw the kane interview, I think he handled it quite well with reporters asking the same question 7x times. Don't know how many times you can answer that, but he should have been prepared better to face those questions. That is on his agent and the sabres to do so. Especially his agent should haven gone through some media training with him. -

The fins will go for the win against Russia, but they don't have to. This is WWII tactics all over again :P If you TNA play you just want them to advance, but hey lets go underdog Europe :D Maybe, but don't think its worth the gamble, losing in regulation would have been much worse. Mackinnon and Matthews have been the best players so far though.

Still though, If I was the GM and had owners hire the coach instead of me, I would just quit. Also if I'm a Coach its always easier to say the owners meddled with the team to much and I was unable to do my job. Makes it look like you are not to blame for your last teams results when you apply for a new job.

Giving him a 5 year contract is just dumb, you either go short 3 years or go full 8 years. I'd give him 8x6.5 because in 2 years that might already be a bargain.

Going with Nelson, he'll be a better fit with Gorges. Think it will be between him and Guhle , Doubt they'll let two rookies make out the bottom D pair. But if they are both better why not, Gorges will be a 7th D with franson waived then. -
No they won't , they are 2-0, that is the max anyone thought they would have pre - season on a 2 - 2 without brady. They face the bills , and brady is back in game 5. They will go with the 3rd string QB and bluff their way, and if they are 4-0 they can say, hey we are 4 - 0 on our 3rd string. We are that good :p
