This will hopefully be the last year for a while where the Sabres are picking in the 7 range. This is a deep draft and they are definitely getting a top 6 winger or center with this pick. We have waited this long, can't throw away young talent now. TM made that awful mistake and look where it got us. I want to make the playoffs for a decade, not 1 or 2 years.

If they want him that bad, make it 6 mill per year...like Pegula really cares about another 5 mill. Seriously though, if this is their number one choice, get it done at all costs

I can't say I hate it but I guess I really just wanted to see what happened with Boudreau. I suppose McLellan can't be blamed for Edmonton since nobody can seem to figure out that mess either. And I probaly should admit that I did like Mclellan before he went to the Oil.

Ugh, please find a coach that can get Risto back and excited to get to the next level. I really don't want to lose him and see him flourish elsewhere....

The difference is that most of these other teams are not satisfied with anything less than a deep playoff run. I am just hoping to see another playoff SERIES before I die. Just find someone who can at LEAST take that first step.

I don't think our next coach has been fired yet. Unfortunately, I think Boudreau stays so not sure who that LEAVES as far as the rest. I think Babcock only gets canned if he is swept in the 1st round. ...
