I am trying a new 3 week workout routine.... Very intense and simple, just push-ups and pullups.... But due to my work schedule I am the weird guy who will bring his pull up bar (the doorway ones) to the hospital and do sets in between seeing patients.

The witch was just simply terrible, I couldn't get behind it at all, but to each his own..... I'm not a big movie buff, but I will say popstar was awesome, especially with all the cameos!!
