If urns were a couple years younger and more defensively sound I'd be interested in him but alas that is not reality.

Some goalies can have good years in a vacuum but be awful in general. Andres Lindback for instance played out of his mind here after lacking a win in Dallas that year. Also just to clarify, Dreidger had a .938 in 12 games and a .927 over 23 starts. He too had struggles in both the AHL and ECHL. I’m just bearish on goalies who play above average of great teams but bad on bad teams. Effectively he shows to be a career backup level goalie. (His 3 playoff starts also left much to be desired) All that being said, goalies are weird and he could blossom into the next Tim Thomas for all we know.

His game against WPG in game 82 was embarrassingly bad in the goals he gave up including two 5hole goals, a plain one timer and a point shot that floated through him.

There's a difference between incessant glass banging and in the moment banging. I have zero qualms with the glass being hit when the puck is nearby or after a goal. If you are pounding on the glass while the puck is on the other end of the ice however that's a different story. Just so you understand, I have never pounded on the glass but its literally something that is synonymous with hockey noises. Skates slashing, sticks clashing and boards rocking are all apart of the experience. If there's anything that should come of this; we need to find out why the high end, highly resistant glass meant to absorb the force of 150+ pound men flying into it was snapped in half by a couple drunkards slapping it.

The biggest issue for Rochester is that good players are either skipping the AHL like Cozens or quickly skill their way out of the AHL like Quinn and likely Peterka. College players rarely leave college to play in the AHL fulltime and Juniors players tend to hold there until ready for the NHL. Add to that the new SHL rule and the AHL will be in some serious trouble.

A 3/4 pair RHD or 2 RHDs? I don't see a need for 2 RHDs with Dahlin playing top RHD and Jokiharju being a very capable 5/6 Dman if needed.
