I stayed out of this thread till page 37 out of fear I would jinx them but then I recalled my lack of superstition. After witnessing the latest beatdown by Boston, in person I might add , I’m now convinced they’re toast. I’ve voted no they will not make it. Too many forces beyond a mere fans control seem determined to throw a wrench in the way. Sigh...maybe next year.

And tonight it was on full display. By the time UPL had faced 8 shots he had let in 50% of them. Dreadful.

I find it humorous that none of this outrage is pointed in Keven Adams direction. He saddled us with AHL level goaltending. He filled the 6,7,8 positions on D with scrubs. He brought in ‘grit ‘ at the deadline that both lack talent. We are what we are. Bargain bin shoppers 15,16 what 17 million under the cap. But its all part of the plan so suck it up buttercup.

The Entire lower bowl looked to be wearing Bruins garb and that is a demoralizing problem for this team. But worse and something I mentioned earlier was UPL letting in 4 goals on his first 8 shots. And Don Granato left him in. It was clear by that point that he was done but no one has told Don that pulling a gt often sparks the team. Don likes to leave them in for a slow burn. And Callaway I’m sorry the kids had to experience that.

4 goals on 8 shots. What more can you say about that ? And for KA ,how do you develop players like this? Boston seems to be developing players just fine.

The Toronto broadcast sounds like that douche nozzle in Boston. Homerism extraordinaire. The battles between Skinny and Brody that period around the net there were multiple none calls against Skinny and Brody was an angel.

The First game I’ve shut down early this year. These guys aren’t ready for the playoffs nor do they deserve it. They’ve lost that killer instinct they often showed earlier in the year which now makes the game pretty much unwatchable.

Disappointing outcome. Got tired of the ballwashing the espn crew was giving the Isles.

Who we going to lose to the expansion draft. I hate the thought of giving away people we draft and develop to teams that are given every opportunity to be better than us off the bat.

I thought with Pastas embellishment the only call was both guys to the box. But that meltdown had little to do with UPLs trip on Pasta. The team threw in the towel and I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen this years team do that.
