I can't wait for the end of the year presser. It'll be so much better than these final few games where this organization dresses what they'd like us to believe is an N.H.L. roster. I wonder what management will have to say ? Again I can't be bothered to watch. Really in my 40 years of following this team this is the first time I ever remember not being excited about a regular season game. Didn't watch the jets, won't watch this shite. Will I miss anything I haven't already seen ? As always, Go Sabres !

This will be the first game I miss this season for lack of interest. Tell Darcy I'm done. The thought of not seeing the Sabres in the playoffs for the next 2-3 seasons kills me. Add that to the last 15 years of mostly futility and non playoff appearances and that adds up to one long stretch of crap product that Darcy has sold us. TP must have drank the fracken water. I've generally tried to stay away from insulting TP but Terry, when it comes to hockey matters you are one stupid/stubborn sob. I have to say it is refreshing to hear Miller openly talk about the failures of past seasons, about not getting it done and about mediocrity. When does that bright flashing neon arrow point down at Regiers head ? I wonder if TP is even paying attention ? His other shiny new toys seem to have him occupied lately.

Imo management let Miller down. The one positive for Ryan is he's at the end of a contract not the beginning. With the proper group of guys in front of him Miller would be all world and much like Hasek when Miller leaves he'll probably have a real good shot at the cup. I think he'll win one.

Really. What could any of them say that would enlighten anyone. Management bailed on this team at and leading up to the trade deadline which imo was Regiers last ditch effort to save his own skin after doing absolutely nothing all season to help this group of guys. It was clear to all that this loose collection of players that Regier assembled was flawed in so many ways yet nothing was done to try and fix the problems. Where was Regier when the tough questions were asked ? Its simply more of the same is Sabreland. What is it now, 2 playoffs in the last 7 years ?

I didn't get in til midway through the 2nd. Did I hear this right ? 5 goals allowed on 5 shots ? Mercy !

The talking heads on T.S.N. are blaming RR for putting Miller in to start the 2nd. Saying he should have started Enroth thereby giving him time to stretch and warmup get his mind set etc. but by putting Miller back in then pulling him Enroth goes in cold. Hindsight but has some merit. Matters not a lick now.

There's a reason they always state how many man games of playoff experience teams have when they breakdown a playoff series. That experience is crucial. Unless a goalie goes on a roll and crushes it.
