I find this all very disturbing. Terry Pegula is too involved as far as I'm concerned. Sure its his shiny new toy and his moolah but why can't he just stay out of the day to day hockey decisions ? Its bad enough that we have G.M. for life running the show but to top it off the oil and gas man is ' helping ' our hockey genius make decisions. One name comes to mind, Charles Wang. Lord help us.

Boston is slowly wearing this team down. A dominating performance in the faceoff doesn't hurt either. All the intangibles that Boston possesses right now , the depth , scoring from their bottom 6 , Big bruising D , Very strong goaltending. This thing is most likely long from over and I did pick Boston in 6 but its looking pretty good for Boston right now.

Sabres are all too busy playing wack Fukc. er, golf.

I hear it from sports radio in other markets. Thats how the team is perceived. As a fan I've watched every misstep and bungled decision intimately. And the perception has only gotten worse with TPegs ownership. He's dropped the ball.

Goals scored in 4 games 12-2 for the Bruins. They put on a clinic on how to shut down Crosby, Malkin etc. and made it look like a cakewalk. Sure we knew based on the series last year against Philly that the Pens had weaknesses but they overcame them with an opportunistic offence against a weak tandem in net for the Flyers but lost.. This year against a good defensive team/great goaltending like the Bs they couldn't get a sniff. What a dominating performance. Love them or hate them but acknowledge the job they did. I dream of the day the Sabres can ice a playoff style team that battles with no quarter to their opponent like this bunch. TP thats how you build a team. Make it so.

I get all the Bruins hatred. This is a Sabres forum. And there's the history with Lucic and the fact our team tucked tail and all that but since the Sabres don't generally make the playoffs or miss more than they hit you can all take off your Sabres glasses for the playoffs. I took mine off and I'm really enjoying watching the hockey with a no biased approach. Its an eye opener. I picked the Pens in this series but I'm really enjoying watching this Bs team dismantle Sid and the cast they've surrounded him with. 13 shots on net through almost 2 periods. You have to appreciate what the Bruins have done. They've certainly outcoached the Pens up till this point in the series. And they're in their heads. Typical Bruins playoff hockey.

Ya I picked the Pens in 7 but really wouldn't mind seeing Boston take it. Either way it sets up for a good final.
