Well it certainly swept through these parts and on facebook. Not so much with my group of friends but we had a talk with our son about the fact that we hoped he'd make the right decision if he was challenged by any of his friends ( he's 16 ). The local news had segments about binge drinking at the time in relation to the challenges. But like I said in my post, not everybody.

Its funny but a year or so ago everyone ( well not everyone but close ) on social media was being challenged by friends to drink large quantities of alcohol and follow it up on video by challenging 3 other friends to do the same with absolutely no benefits to worthy causes or charities. I can't understand why people would complain about this. If you don't want to contribute don't. Some people already donate to a charity or a worthy cause so if they don't actually donate to this one but take part in the fun I don't see the problem. Its nobodies business.

One and out in the playoffs or a potential stud for the next 10 years getting us back to the show year in and year out. I'll take the pick at this point. Hang on nfreeman, its almost over. Don't give up.

I remember it well. Mr. B13 , our P.E. instructor wouldn't allow anyone near his gymnasium with coloured socks. Had to be white or he'd blow the whistle and make the entire class do pushups or some other draconian form of punishment. Needless to say the Kramers of the class knew better than to show up sporting their black dress socks.

If I hear the media in Vancouver say that their fans are so knowledgable about hockey again I will puke. That statement is usually followed by 2 or 3 calls during the phone in segment that literally make you want to bang your head off the wall. Actually I think its some kind of collective deep rooted insecurity that makes the fans and media of one city or the other proclaim that they are the best fan base.

Man its going to be fun watching Garth Snows antics this year as he squirms under the pressure of potentially losing a generational talent. Hopefully the boneheaded moves continue.
