I'm not predicting the Bills would leave. Just saying the $850MM poison pill in the lease is not as big a deterrent as it seems. The Bills are currently valued at $5.35B. The 16th team in value is Atlanta at $6.1B. Add in $850MM to $5.35B and you have $6.2B. So even adding the penalty the Bills end up costing what an average NFL team is worth.
