  1. As long as a) they will be better owners and b) won't move the team. Neither of which are guaranteed
  2. Keep in mind that Dolphins sale price included the stadium. The Bills sale price was team only. So the Pegulas overpaid even more. The Bills were valued by Forbes at only $800MM.
  3. https://pitchfork.com/news/watch-foo-fighters-and-dave-chappelle-cover-radioheads-creep-at-madison-square-garden/
  4. But he could have coached some players at the development stage.
  5. I think Granato could be key. How many of these prospects has he worked with?
  6. Because the franchise is worth double anywhere else, triple in Quebec City or Metro Toronto.
  7. I heard Will Carrier's name as well. Great job there, Tim Murray.
  8. The guy NOT being interviewed by any other team.
  9. Which is likely the best move. Like I posted earlier, Granato is doing a lot of media for an interim coach.
  10. I think it's quite the opposite. Gallant wouldn't consider the Sabres job. On another note, has Boudreau been interviewed for any of the other job openings in the league? Just curious.
  11. Posted yet? Gallant was never even connected to the Sabres.
  12. They rescheduled at Artpark to a day I can't make.
  13. Jays just announced capacity will increase to 81% to around 15K. All 100 sections will be vaxx-only. All 200's will be non-vaxxed. I assume they will start removing the fan placards.
  14. Not a surprise at all. This is heading for divorce. The only question is how soon? Something struck me listening to KA on the Instigators Friday. There seems to be a concerted PR campaign in effect on two fronts: 1) Granato - he's sure doing a lot of media interviews. I can't recall the last interim coach getting this much attention after a season before he was named permanent. And every interview makes people like him more. 2) Players wanting to be here - This is the constant drumbeat from Adams in every interview he gives. This along with praise for how certain players did under Granato. It all sounds like he's preparing fans for life after Eichel, etc.
  15. It's the Sabres, obviously. I mean who else?
  16. I'm going Saturday and Sunday. But I watched it on MLB.tv. The first time all year they had fans cheering for them.
