  2. ######, those are both the same day? well i've got no idea now. maybe Mule will come to the harbor this summer too and i won't have to think about it, lol
  3. Yeah, by sister was supposed to go to that Blink concert, one of them had emergency tonsilectomy or something, haha. Lineup for the Lockport canal series was announced LINEUP June 29, Gov't Mule (with the Sheepdogs opening) July 6, Eddie Money July 13, Rik Emmett July 20, Big Wreck July 27, Theory of a Deadman Aug. 3, 54-40 Aug. 10, George Thorogood & the Destroyers Aug. 17, Kenny Wayne Shepherd Aug. 24, Tea Party Definetly going to Gov't Mule, and a couple others if I can make it up there. I'll be gone for George Thorogood though. :wallbash:
  4. If the Hip roll through Buffalo again this year (which I beleive they will) I'm going to go see them. I'm a little lacking in my knowledge of them, but I heard that concert at the Wharf was amazing last year, so I don't want to miss it again.
  5. ######, if that was here i'd be at that show
  6. yup yup after that, every Thursday [not] in the Square possible, and we'll see what pops up.
  7. Sweet, I'm a fan of ryes. I'm a bit of a wimp with straight liqour, but Canadiens/ryes are very smooth even to me. I hope this works out. I love local companies, and these guys are about 5 minutes north of my place, so I'll probably mosey on up there once they get their liscense and can have some tastings. Buffalo loves to party, and loves to have some home town dog to root for. If this stuff is any good I expect we'll see it in local before long ala Flying Bison Beer. Also, their name is pretty good http://eightbuffalospirits.com/?p=86
  8. On A Clash of Kings in the Ice and Fire series. I also have The Count of Monte Cristo going at the moment, a classic i never read in school.
  9. Hey, its like on your avatar! no but seriously, why are you here again?
  10. Yesterday around 4 my boss came strolling over to my bench. I thought he was going to say something to me about scouring the web instead of working, instead he talked football with me for like, 15 minutes.
  11. Chris Brown, Bills official team reporter just tweeted this... " All indications are Mario Williams will spend the day in Buffalo with no imminent travel elsewhere planned."
  12. Williams still in B-lo (according to Kyle Williams). Lacanfora's tweet saying no deal LAST NIGHT, not that there wouldn't be a deal.
  13. What do ya'll think of Mincey as a consolation prize if they whiff on Williams?
  14. FA opens today, time for the Bills to not sign V Jackson or Mario Williams. Nix does talk a big game though, and he's not big on the coach speak, so maybe they'll actually do something this time...
  15. Just saw that the guy who plays/played Dale was from Buffalo; kinda cool. He also had bit parts in The Shawshank Redemption and The Green Mile.
  16. They've confirmed a third season. For those that have read the graphic novels, The Govenor shows up next season.
  17. I'm half wondering if thats what the doc told Rick at the end of season one. That anyone who dies becomes a walker, no matter what.
  18. Rick lost the both the devil and the angel on his shoulder over the last two weeks. Interesting to see where he'll go from here.
  19. wow. well, ######. didn't see that happening. This is getting better by the second.
  20. Doing some geeky reading at the moment. Just finished Game of Thrones with the second book in cue. Currently reading A Hitchhikers Guide, also have Ender's Shadow up next.
  21. big boobs = can feed more childrens. big butt/hips = less likely to die in childbirth. awwwww yeah...sexy
  22. Look up Jackdaw. They opened for the Murphies a couple years ago at TITS, they're irish punk, but i seem to remember much more punk than celtic to them.
  23. Flogging Molly(and other assorted celtic/punk/irish/rockness) is an option here too. Only thing is its starting to get over used and become just another arena rock style. Too bad.
