Yeh Bills are pretty much unwatchable.

Josie, tendons are low blood flow areas, so stimulating them regularly but moderately to get them to heal is a good thing. Good luck!

This just in Team Jameson crowned DLeague champions of Brewster Ice Arena after a tight but hard skating affair 2-1. North Buffalo (me) scored the first goal on a shot from above the face off circle that found the 5 hole. Just put the puck on net. It skipped off the ice and fooled the goalie. We gave up our only goal short handed... again we should just decline penalties. Nice to finally win one.

Tonight at 10:30p Team Jameson will begin it champioship ice hockey game and hopefully be crowned by midnight... We have gone on a tear winning 5 in a row. Amazing what happens when you have 2 full lines!

More practically, I spent my day in two different ERs, helping docs diagnose pt maladies thru CT and Xrays. It was busy and now I am resting.

Interesting story, trying to impart similar realization into my 12 year old son. He has some sense spending a lot of time in the NYC and now in an area with a lot of hispanic kids nearby. But his middle school still largely homogeneous. One goal we have for him is to have him visit all 50 states. As he gets older, gonna make sure he does volunteer work probably thru church. People are people: most good, some bad, both and usually respond if respect is given to them... I have had the privilege of volunteeri coordinating a campaign on an Native American reservation, knocking on doors in inner cities, volunteering in poor appalacia kentucky, and more and i cannot recommend getting out of ones local area and seeing the US, all of it. Its pretty incredible in its diversity and varied cultural enclaves.

Wonderful story Brawndo. My Dad, who is still alive at 82, was a Navy Frogman EOD. His team would get assigned to UDT teams a predessors to the seals. He has told me about flying in AWACs planes and hating them, as well as training in Long Beach Harbor demining it it the 50s, as well as pulling up an unexploded Japanese turpedo from the attack of Pearl. He said he was also on carriers trained to disarm the first Nuclear missles.... But not about any missions... Except his brothers acknowledge he was special forces though he down plays it uncomfortably. For his 80th Birthday, we met a Navy Seal near Oceanside, CA where he lives now and he sent us to Bullshirts in Coronado Bay... They had the perfect shirt in Blue with Gold lettering.... A sillotted frogman with a machine gun on the back with the words "Original Frogman" and a small patch that read Navy EOD.... Pretty amazing.....

Interesting and corporations were formed to take advantage of economies of scale and to limit personal liability and as a result responsibility and accountability save for profit margin and individual pay. Corporations are amoral by nature and can work for or against the will of the people, freedom, liberty and even their own long term interest. If managed poorely and large in scale they can have both a positive and or negative effect on society and the world, based on the internal non transparent machinations of that company... sometimes creating both effects, positive and negative results simulataneously. Which is why world sized corporations with no large governing body regulating them appear very threatening to a lot of people.

Kane, the Vesey saga, but it gave us some to talk about for 2/3 of the summer. Still have too long to go till hockey season starts. -
