What about every other category? He frightens me playing any sort of defense what so ever. I'd need a breakdown of his game in the D zone that I haven't seen to date. What the eye test tells me is that is struggles woefully in the D zone but because of his offisive prowess it goes largely unnoticed.
That trade proposal is a joke. Risto himself is worth more than what Anaheim is giving up. Giving away a first and swapping a bunch of garbage isn't going to help.
Murray will need an NHL contract like Dalton Smith did. IMHO, he's just not NHL talent. He got a buttload of PT due to a ridiculous amount of injuries and call ups. He took advantage much like Girgensons did his all-star year.
The Amerks are missing Lazar, Leier, Dea, Porter, Thompson and Elie. Despite this they can roll out 3 competent lines and Cobble together a 4th line with Paestch, Fitzgerald and Randall.
I was going to watch the beginning of the Lakers game to see ethe Kobe tribute but Stephen A Smif was on some pregame thing and I couldn't be less impressed with someone speaking in reverence about another person. Incoherent babble. How did they think having him there was a good idea?
Game ends. Fisticuffs ensue at the horn. Borgen, D. Smith, McWilliam, Cornel in the middle of it all. Final 4-2.
