Also, here is NHL Hall of famer’s second stint in the NHL. 0-3 record 5.08 GAA .795 Save percentage Ryan Miller struggled quite a bit at first as well. Goaltending is part witchcraft anyway and Levi has an ethereal presence so I’m going to hold out hope until he proves me wrong.

Definitely concerned about the Cruch taking liberties with our heavy skill laden lineup. Disappointed in Brett Murray this series. He has not been throwing the body around, not that it was expected but when your team is a high skill little braun lineup, as a large man you need to step up. Shameful to be honest.

I have more hope for every single other dman in the Sabres org. RyJo has been as unimpressive as a player can be without getting scratched for every game. Not sure what’s happened with him this season but he’s been invisible.

He’s WR5/6. He should bring something else to the table.

My only issue is that Samuel and Shakir are basically the same player but they are all talented. Maybe one of Samuel or Shenault can pop.

I’m glad Beane takes a macro approach to managing the roster. Instead of pigeon holing a receiver into an immediate large role, when rookie receivers are notoriously slow starters and quite frankly bust at a high rate. They are most likely much higher on Coleman than I am. I am also fairly optimistic about Palmer. We’ve seen average receivers flourish under Josh and good receivers flounder. A room starting with Shakir, Palmer and Coleman is promising but we’ll see if it comes to fruition. I don’t think any of the WR outside of Travis Hunter are going to blossom in the NFL. At least not anytime soon.

Glad I never got the gambling jones. There has been some intimation that gambling has been an issue for him and the openness which they discuss it still feels weird to this old codger.

It may be a long shot to get a pro bowler but they need to fill holes. Bishop and Carter last year should have been those guys. Maybe they’ll pop this season. The Bills may need them to. The Bills have been resourceful finding guys in the mid rounds they can plug in situationally. They’ll probably need some D line production from whoever they take today.

I guess I was the only one listening to the WGR draft coverage. They discussed Will Johnson’s medical issues being the reason he fell for almost the entire first round.

Yeah wtf does that have to do with anything? Are the players saying that Lindy hurt their feelings with his humor and that’s why they sucked this year? If that’s the case, this team is doomed. I don’t know if I’ve heard of professional athletes being softer than that.

I struggled to read it as well. Sounded like gobbledy *****. It was way too wishy washy, the players don’t want to take accountability so they just point to the nearest most obvious thing. One thing I did learn, if the roster isn’t overhauled, we will be in the same boat again a year from now. Blow this franchise up.

It’s more of an indictment of the roster construction than what those players exuded to earn letters. A roster full of snot nose kids isn’t leading you to the promise land. Get actual men who know how to play professional hockey. The ***** daycare is closed. Time to put men on the roster.
