I’ve come full circle on Girgs and Okie manning the 4th line. Would I like it if they hit a little more and fought occasionally? Of course but in today’s NHL, it may be a detriment. They unfortunately don’t have a lot of replacements in the pipeline. This is when GMKA needs to work his magic and bring in some Goodrow, Lafferty, Jeanout types to give the bottom of the roster that playoff jam they’ll need.

You have no idea how terrible MSG plus is. It sucks out loud. Buffering, frozen screen, irrational changes to camera zoom, choppy stream, audio being several seconds ahead of video. It’s the worst experience I’ve had streaming and it’s not close. The awful illegal streams with all the porn ads and malware is a much better experience and it’s not close. Thankfully I guilted my BIL into sharing his streaming credentials so I cancelled MSG plus immediately after the first game I watched.

So where are the Sabres going to find a HOF winger that’s also the leagues biggest pest? These players don’t grow on trees. We’ve seen other players come up trying to be that way, the Tkachuk’s for example. Both of whom were drafted top 6 overall. Adams knows physical play is big part of the game. He’s brought in Greenway, Johnson and Clifton. I would have liked one more forward to bring that type of game. Hopefully it gets addressed by the trade deadline.
