    this sabre team doesn't have enough Don Luces and Craig Ramsay's. I really think that part of the quickest rebuild is to get a real competitive squad out there with perhaps slightly over the hill vets who play solid 2 way hockey. This team has Eichel , a few young promising players and few decent scorers who are not solid 2 way players.Thats a tough formula with which to win games.

    you paid your dues. step away from both of them then step back in when you want. --altho I love our new bills coach . I see lack of effort on our hockey team.Thats the worst thing. They are lethargic and weak minded.

    The all-time floater was Pierre Turgeon. Absurdly talented offensively. He would float around most of the game doing not much..and still score every single damn game because he was an opportunist. I saw him at the old cow palace south of SF..Sabres vs Sharks late 80s must have been. He looked like he was skating thru central park to Johnny Mathis tunes.

    Jack ---the fact that the guy said Trump is spineless just shows the extent of his dishonesty.Even an obsessive who needs to incorporate trump bashing into his everyday debate weapons normally has some grip on reality.Some grip on the truth.And even those who legitimately/honestly dont likeTrump admit that the orange man has a very strong spine. There are some who accuse him of being a white supremist while everyone who ever knew him in NYC all those yrs.;even those who would never support him politically know he doesnt have a racist bone in his body.

    my diagnosis of ROR .. some sort of physical or mental disturbance... one word--- 'overpaid'

    who was that guy from finland?? starting forward?? goalless??....I still firmly believe you give any random guy under 50 who is strong--even if he never played hockey enough minutes and enough games he is gonna score a goal in a season just putting his stick out in front of the net.

    this is the most delicate sabres team ive ever seen.

    i do realize its early.....this is the first game ive watched...but they look soft,lazy and wussylike
