    I'm not. I think the NFL is just the most stupid when it comes to drafting its biggest position of need. How many bad quarterbacks get taken every year? It shouldn't be this hard. A guy like Brady should never fly under the radar given his ability to thread the needle on contested throws throughout his college career. So many bad QB's get taken just because they're good at hitting wide-open receivers. Big whoop. You'd think they'd be able to look at a quarterback at this point and pick them based on quality of opponent, quality of coverage, etc. Brady was obviously good once you know what to look for: a quarterback who can make throws to literally anyone you plug in at receiver. Should that not be the archetype?

    Weird that they played a much better game last night...

    I mean, we basically did an expansion draft to get Eichel, so I'm not surprised this lines up. The tank was a brutal reset and was made worse by a bunch of bad contracts signed to "accelerate" the recovery. I don't know if we should have seen this coming.

    It's something that I have become increasingly aware of personally over the last year. I just don't have the emotional stamina to be worried about every terrible thing all the time. There's only so much any one person can do. I do what I can for others and try to live my life without spending every day clenching my teeth until my jaw hurts.

    I would love for Bob Kraft to completely ruin everything he lucked into with the Patriots. Fire Bill, Brady retires, and the Pats suck until the end of time.

    Watching the new Goon movie (it's on Netflix). It's honestly a lot better than the Rotten Tomatoes ratings make it out to be. It's definitely not the first movie by any means. The pace is a little slower and the plot is a little darker (CTE). There are some good laughs, quotable moments and new characters that work. It's perfectly good for what it is: a hockey movie.

    It was the right move. This team needs to care about how it plays. Let them skate in front of Lehner for the rest of this game and feel shame. He's a big boy, he'll be fine.
