I walked 10.5 miles today. Then the police stopped me and my grandson Nebula picked me up.

I bought a small plastic "live trap." It looks very much like it would be a death trap after a short time. We'll see what happens. I have no intention of driving this mouse two to 5.2 miles away. It's going to be released behind the empty garage next to my house. I know what y'all are saying. If it comes back, I'll go to Plan B. I just have a hunch it's trying to get out of the house anyway. It's scurrying around my kitchen during the day. Aren't mice nocturnal? (And I have no idea why it doesn't leave the same way it came in, if my hunch is correct.)
