It looks terrible. Either you identified a preferred organizational structure for your team or you are just making ###### up as you go.

In the end there can only be one chief. One person who leads when there is disagreement in the room. Was that supposed to be PLF? Murray? Who is supposed to defer to who on matters of personnel? I would think Murray gets the say and that PLF gets the say over Murray's job. If PLF wanted final say over the decisions of the people he hired to do certain jobs then this is on him.

If you aren't in it for the entertainment then you're just wasting your time. So, whatever path leads to the most joy is the right path in my mind.

I'll tell you what - if you PM me your general height and weight, hat size, etc... I have 2 bags of equipment here at the house that was meant for Wounded Warriors, but I procrastinated and since then they landed big name sponsors and are now flush with cash and equipment. I won't get anything reasonable at Play it Again Sports. I have most everything in there, but depending on your size it may be too small. All you need to do is pay shipping. I estimated about $500 worth of equipment (that's what I was going to claim on my donation). I also have a beer-league hockey book that answers most every question a new play would have. I bought it when I started.

Doh! I meant "Cancelled". Obviously, on the flight board it says "cancelled" and not "cancellations", which is what I was referring to. In the US it is "canceled". And the color between black and white is indeed gray here in the US, not grey.

change for the sake of change is what happens when you change something even if it is going well. Things were not going well. The team wasn't winning under the core or the leadership. And beyond that the product wasn't entertaining. So, no it wasn't change for the sake of change.

I was in the stale camp. It wasn't entertaining for me watching the same people, listening to the same arguments year after year...

BTW, congrats on getting this done! My attempt in 2007 was left at the hands of a producer who clearly didn't care about hockey and couldn't find time to do the final mix. Bastard.
