The BB thing was just a joke about the terrible state of the franchise. I am not advocating for Beane to actually leave his role with the Bills. In general this franchise would be better off with literally anybody who knew enough to just back the fork off and hire somebody else underneath them who knows what they're doing. The Sabres would be better off if they hired a pro scout from the Buffalo Bisons to be President of the team.

My mother, father and sister were born in Sicily. My father came first and worked in the steel mills in Cleveland and Buffalo before sending for my mother and sister. My parents didn’t speak English. I grew up at the time in a thoroughly Italian neighborhood in the West Side. We were not rich but proud. In general, my meals consisted of pasta yesterday, today and tomorrow. And the homemade wine was red. The meals that I consumed were not about health factors so much as limited budget issues.

And Terry Pegula does nothing. The world wonders.
