Hate to say it but Tage has been one of the worst Sabres so far. Jared Bednar sensed his team needed a rest.

The Sabres are playing pretty good so far. I just want 60 minutes of hard effort, that’s a start. This team needs to realize they have to earn the right to win. (Ok, I stole that from McDermott). Says a lot about the top 6 right now.

The problem is they don't have a play making forward. They have guys that can shoot but none are consistently good passers I would seriously consider bringing up Östlund as a PP specialist.
