I was thinking the same thing. On the flipside, we still haven't heard them skip two and a half minutes of gameplay to discuss what the colour guy had for dinner.

I don't miss Dan D at all. They could have a 10 year old girl calling the game and it would still be better.

No offense to the Pens broadcast crew, but I witnessed more life from a corpse at a wake than that crew. 🙂

That could be role #2 for Geertsen, get the puck and plow into the goalie making sure everything ends up in the net. If anyone challenges him then he can exercise role #1.

Happy no injuries, and it’s preseason. Dumb goal call but can’t really fault any Sabres player so that’s a good thing
