Even our big guys get chirped. I guess when you’re tall, handsome, rich and have everything handed to you on a silver platter your whole life, who don’t have the kind of rage built up inside that less fortunate souls do. I would have committed at least one felony if that punk ass bitch said anything like that to me. On the ice and after the game. Such is the life of coddled athletes. Quote
Mustache of God Posted 14 hours ago Report Posted 14 hours ago I really need Johnson to be good so we can finally say we won the ROR trade. 2 Quote

The NHL average 6'1" 200 lbs. forward is still going to have their way with Peter Dinklage and Brad Johnson...er...Jacob Bryson and Zach Metsa. All I'm asking is for this team to behave in such a manner that doesn't seem counter intuitive with how the rest of the league works. This team can't afford to be the frontrunners on height challenged NHL defenseman. This team has like 47 tall defenders. 6'3", 6'4", 6'6", 6'2", 6'1" Plus you got 6'4", 6'4", 6'6", 6'5" like 3 more 6'2" guys developing. Bryson won't be here after this season. Metsa is at least a curiosity. Quote

The future is bright, after failing to do what even the most thick skulled Neanderthal GM could have done in his first 5 years Adams appears to be righting the ship with actual NHL sized defenseman. This all stems from resigning Bryson, which was his dumbest move in an infinite sea of moronity. Bryson, for all his height criticisms, isn’t actually even marginally acceptable as an NHL defenseman. He’s god awful. All the stats bear it out. That move doomed this franchise. You can’t accept and tolerate poor play. Not only did Adams accept it, he rewards it. Quote

Signing Bryson was stupid. 1 Quote
LGR4GM Posted 13 hours ago Report Posted 13 hours ago Samuelsson is expected to play tomorrow. They might run Metsa with him and keep a l/r pairing Quote

I feel like Dahlin got that treatment (maybe not that particular chirp) right away and had to grow into it. Perhaps Power needs more of that and weirdly never got it, likely because Dahlin had more bite to his game initially? Power punched back. I liked his reaction and I’m of the opinion that he’s Charmin soft. He needs to feel that fire and realize he can in fact handle that and more. Quote

This is kinda stupid to say but I think if Power becomes presence this remains a contender. I’m not envisioning a world where that’s feasible but a man can hope. Quote
