People get into this headspace that 3rd pairing Dmen and 4th line players have to be spectacular. I think he has a higher upside then that but has never had that chance to really prove himself in the big club! Quote
LabattBlue Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago I am sick of Adams “thou shalt not block” mentality, yet here are Johnson & Novikov sitting behind that little soft turd Bryson. Quote

It's better for Johnson's development to play heavy minutes in Rochester vs the spot duty Bryson is getting in Buffalo. Quote

They’ve rushed so many players in recent years. I like seeing a few guys left to simmer a bit now. I know some might take issue, but I think it’s better for most players. 1 Quote

Yeah, it really truly isn't a bad thing should Kulich be the only Amerk from last year that makes the jump out of the gate this year. THAT sort of thing happens quite often to the teams that are actual members of the NHL and not merely affiliates. Quote

As the #7, I am guessing Bryson sees 40-50 games due to injuries. I wouldn’t call that “spot duty”. 1 1 Quote
