But, what are our thoughts on these current members in terms of off season training, it's hard to quantify but how committed are they. I remember hearing stories of Crosby and etc, working tirelessly in face offs in the off seasons and other such skills. The way they cut out of the locker room when things are going poor, makes me hesitant to think that they are all in during the off season. Sure it's a long grind, take some time at the end of the season but I just don't get the impression that this group is putting in the work needed (complete speculation) We have obvious talent (we've picked high for a decade, ha) but there's still just no reason for this to be a repeat issue.
