woods-racer
Wilson/Rodrigues vs. Molson/Girgensons has definitely changed the dynamic of the team. The opposing teams coaches don't seem to have a *soft* match up.

Weave
Sam Reinhart with the softest opponent assignments of any Sabres forward. How the hyped have fallen.
woods-racer
Sam Reinhart with the softest opponent assignments of any Sabres forward. How the hyped have fallen. I actually thought he played well and was often found in scrums in front of the Blues net. But it appears opposing coaches show no fear of him as a play-maker or scorer. Him a Girgensons have been my biggest disappointment to date.

It's to bad Rochester was a hot mess when they drafted him, he could have really used a season or two of AHL learning on a good squad. Eleven
I think it's really that they consistently match Lehner up against the other team's average players.
Drunkard
I think it's really ###### that they consistently match Lehner up against the other team's average players. That's on Housley. He gives him too much ice time. I didn't see the game but he seems to average about 58 minutes of ice time per start. Maybe shorter shifts would improve his game? It always feels like he never leaves the defensive zone until late in the game when we're down. SAD!

woods-racer
Looks like Housley is using Larsson and Wilson as his shut down pair. Have no problems with that. Putting the trio of O'Reily Girgs and Okposo out on the ice trying to get them a favorable match up and start building some confidence? Scoring? Antipin is starting to see some quality opposition and I thought played very well. He has the most potential of our D-corps to skate and stick handle with a true top 6 set of forward lines. I really am hoping he's the second coming of Soupy.
