The article says: Meanwhile, defenseman Jake McCabe (upper body, week-to-week) and center Evan Rodrigues (hand, day-to-day) missed the session. Housley said McCabe was recently nursing a sore shoulder. "was recently nursing" does not mean that's what his current injury is. It could be, and maybe it's a direct quote taken out of a longer statement, but it also sounds like it could be evasive wording: Was recently nursing a sore shoulder, but the was still playing until he got his bell rung (or something to that effect).
