Doohickie

McCarthy is toughness and not much more. I watched him get outworked all night long.

But Jacob Bryson!!!

He ain't heavy. He's my brother...

Yeah, they did okay. I wanted a win though.

Blech.

No Kulich in the third...

Maybe a fourth liner.

I think the split will be Ellis and UPL with Lyon playing only 15-20 games.

He's physical but doesn't seem to sharp with the puck.

Uh oh.... Lyon hurt.

That's legend Mickey Redmond.

That clearly hit the Red Wing stick on thew ay out.

Copp grabbed Komarov as much as Komarov grabbed Copp.

Playing for the Wings. If he's not pressured hard he has a good outlet pass... just like with the Sabres.

He led CHI Dmen in +/- and points.

I want the world to not believe in the Sabres and stoke that "us against the world" attitude in the dressing room.

He cleared waivers yesterday. Jarmo had his chance.

👀 Yes please. But probably not since they're all centers, aren't they? Edit: But seriously: Both are probably short term injuries, should be back a week or two into the season. Daily Faceoff is showing this for Sabres D Pairs: I expected Crevier to slot in behind Muel on the top pair. He played a lot of top pair minutes in CHI and was their best Dman in several categories. In fact Jarmo might have wanted Crevier for the simple reason that he would slot in next to Dahlin without too much fuss. Power-Timmins is acceptable but nothing to get excited about. I'd prefer Ryan Johnson over Gilbert but I think GIlbert is a little more rugged to complement Metsa's skating.

I said it once already but.... who's gonna start the Ryan Johnson Appreciation Thread? 😉

When we traded for him I read that he's like 90 or 95% fastest skater in the league, and same with his shot.

So who's gonna start the Ryan Johnson Appreciation Thread?

👀

I have to go there; I don't even remember what this one is....

Chemistry!
