Okay...third consecutive game with a lead going into the 3rd period......will the third time finally be the charm? Or will Buffalo embarrass itself on national television. I think there will NOT be any panic tonight...the streak ends tonight!

I see what you did...ha-ha. He would still be an improvement over what we have. I just like the concept of claiming him and dressing for tomorrow night....wouldn't that be fun to see him trade jerseys and face his former team during the same road trip (in Buffalo)?!?!

He's a lefty and we need those badly. If we decide to claim him (salary permitting), then it takes another D-man out of the market that Florida may be looking for to replace Ekblad (although he's a righty) and I am still hoping the Panthers show an interest in Montour.

Those are still my favorites! Teams had some success as well as some bite in their game. Going back to blue & gold has turned them into a weak steaming hot mess!

The local Top Brass at BC/BS has already been hit hard with consolidation with Highmark. Next they'll eliminate half the Director positions. Hopefully the mid-level management and specialists will survive.

No doubt tonight sucks, especially losing Cozen's too. But I will say this....I WAS ENTERTAINED FOR 2 PERIODS....which has not been an easy thing to say this season.

Two consecutive games with blown leads and 3rd period collapses. Sounds like a new streak within a streak in the making.

They had a timeout during the icing....the coaching staff should have emphasized getting fresh bodies on the ice as soon as the puck crossed Philly's blue line. Ugh!

I may be in the minority, but I feel Irwin has quietly had one of his better games tonight. Some fortunate bounces on Philly's two goals, which has been a regular thing in 2021.

Among other things....the passing seems more crisp and accurate as well.

Defense group as a whole is looking better lately.....perhaps the Dan Girardi effect? Let's hope the trend continues!

Aaron Ekblad hurt in a game against Dallas. Looks bad and had to be taken off the ice with a stretcher. Bad break for him as he was having a good season. Now wondering if this might create some interest in a RH defenseman .... can anybody say MONTOUR?!?!
