  1. Good lord. That's good stuff. I have to admit, I found myself thinking about how much you guys must have to practice to get that all together and then keep it that way. Crimson for sure. Genesis, I'm less sure (although they did have some stuff like this).
  2. Saw this over the weekend and it made me think of the RaKru talk.
  3. Really? Be careful what you wish for. There is a lot of junk and noise out there. I'd rather not have to sift through it.
  4. What’s the 50% snaps thing mean in the PFF stat?
  5. He’s basing it on an unattributed DM he received that stated it’s Laine for McCabe and two 1sts. Please, let’s exercise some discretion when it comes to posting stuff. (Also, it appears that he deleted that Tweet.)
  6. this gave me a sad
  7. Huh? We weren't discussing anyone's "taste" in beer at that juncture. I was talking about how certain macro lagers can cause intestinal distress for certain people. You then proffered that most macro lagers give you those kinds of issues. I then observed that it seems like you're generally averse to the style, rather than specifically averse to certain concoctions. Not for nothing, @dudacek's daughter also seems to have some sort of pervasive issue with domestic (North?) American beer. Eesh. Sorry for the minor thread derailment.
  8. Yeah. Your macro beer issues seem more pervasive and generalized.
  9. Fair point, and unpleasant. I should not have referenced just the bargain beers above (Keystone, etc.). I should have generally included all of the American Adjunct Lagers (I think that's what they're called). A colleague of mine cannot, for reasons unknown, drink Molson Canadian. He's okay with Golden, or Stock Ale. Something about Molson Canadian makes him sh1t like a river.
  10. There are certain of the bargain beers that, perhaps owing to all the cereal grains and/or syrups/extracts that show up on the grain bill, will play havoc with your gut and lower GI. I have no problem with anyone loudly avoiding those for such reasons.
  11. I'll never get the hue and cry about "such and such is crap." Man, I drink everything. In moderation, hopefully. I treasure an ice cold Miller Lite (or 2) after hot yard work (I mean, like, yard work where it's hot outside). The bold porter is my favourite style of beer (it took a while to figure this out). I have a dirty thirty of Genny Light in the basement at any given time. Shiner Bock is perfectly serviceable.
  12. God. Just launch that guy into the sun. As if the game’s not dangerous enough as it is.
  13. That was pretty freakin' sweet. Fellas.
  14. Hoo man, I think that's not a fit. Allen is a big fella with excellent athleticism and superior arm talent. Fitzmagic is a more normal sized guy with slightly better than average athleticism (for an NFL QB) and a less than average arm.
  15. From what I saw, Allen remains a significantly flawed, highly athletic QB who has ... how you say ... moxie. That sort of signal caller is probably enough to get a team 7-8 wins (maybe 9) provided the D is excellent. He needs to improve, and improve a lot, if he's going to be an entrenched QB capable of leading a team to 10+ win seasons.
  16. He looks like a good one.
  17. Agreed on Mosley. I am genuinely unsure if the Bills win that game if he doesn't blow his groin on that pass defense in the end zone (in which he made a fantastic play). Darnold's floor is, what, Andy Dalton? I have no idea what his ceiling is. Scouts love a sure thing. And, yes, the Bills D is good. A lil recency bias, maybe. Hyde has been amazing. J Brown has work to do to supplant him as the best FA addition.
  18. (In fairness, the screen cap above is from last season.)
  19. Teams don't give up a draft pick so they can mine a guy for information on the playbook. They wait for cuts to do that. This was a swing and a miss for the Pats.
  20. Holy Christ was that awful entertainment. With each season, I feel myself drifting away from NFL football. Hell, I only do my FFB leagues out of a sense of social obligation.
