    Ray has been talking about calling a game from the 200 level with Rick for a while now but I didn't know it was this game, I guess that's why they keep showing his mug.

    Those last two goals were on Lehner so I'm not sure what he's barking at the bench for. The one Zuccarello scored was a terrible play by him.

    Shootout goals only count for the overall team total, not for the individual players. E: To clarify, the team that wins the shootout gets a goal added to their total

    I was thinking Schneider since I saw some chatter that he could get a look right away but it would be nice to see Carrier get a few games too. I probably wouldn't go the Leafs "call up everybody" route but now would probably be a good time to see what a few of the prospects might bring at the NHL level instead of Ryan O'Reilly's mediocre career minor league brother.

    I knew he was already on the roster but for some reason I was hoping for a better plug for the departed McGinn than the D-list O'Reilly.

    Murray just completed a big lunch time deal - a Beef 'n Cheddar meal and THREE packets of Horsey Sauce for under $10.

    My main takeaway from this second shutout loss in three games is that Jake Muzzin is pretty damn good.

    Really good defensive game by the Sabres, didn't give the Sharks a lot of room all night.

    The first game in the post Mike Weber era. It will be interesting to see how they come out after one of the all time greats has moved on.
