What's your definition of "production"? Eichel and Skinner are 18th and 35th in league scoring, respectively. Rantanen and MacKinnon are 2nd and 4th... because they have Landeskog, who has more goals than either of them.
-
His development is important to the organization. My concern is that while he has a very hard shot, he's not a natural goal scorer, in fact, the last time he score 20 goals or more in a season was back in Bantams. Doesn't matter if he's getting open and taking shots if he can't hit the broad side of a barn. I agree, ideally he develops into a middle 6 guy who can put up 12-15g, maybe the odd 20g season. A third line of TT, MIttlestadt and Nylander would be fun... assuming they figure out how to defend. Yeah I liked his game against NJ, but I'm greedy... Eichel is hitting prime and needs a trigger man to compliment Skinner. I just don't think TT is that guy. Give me a Toffoli, Tarasenko, or Kessel type of player and watch their production jump another level like the MacKinnon line in COL. This needs to happen while Eichel is still young.

https://www.hammfatteybeerco.com/ Somebody needs to go down there and conductive an investigative interview. I WANT ANSWERS!

Safesport violation? TT needs to get better at using his teammates in transition. All things considered, it's a relatively easy thing to fix, I'm hopeful Housley can teach him.

Our house was TP'd while we were in Canada for a week over the break. Some neighbors rallied and kindly cleaned up our yard, but still finding TP all over the property, in the pool filter, stuck to the solar panels, under the grill, in the fire pit, etc. This is like the 4th or 5th time our house has been hit. Middle schoolers, SMH.

My sources indicate Bobrovsky is a key player in a “highly organized” transcontinental drug-trafficking operation centralized in the northeast United States focusing primarily on heroin distribution. He is suspected of manufacturing and selling narcotics to fellow NHL players, NWHL team managers, and executives.
-
Eichel passes to Thompson on the breakout. Thompson holds onto the puck toeying each and every player repeatedly until his shift is over.
-
10 min is 12 shifts, or half a game roughly. That CF number has more to do with their opponent than anything else.
-
I agree, but I don't think his style of play meshes well with Eichel... there's only one puck to go around. Eichel creates, Skinner cleans up, they need a trigger man who can find soft spots and fire away. Maybe Thompson can become that guy, but he needs understand his job is to get Eichel the puck, find an opening in a scoring area and be ready to fire.
-
Didn't they already try Thompson with Eichel earlier in the season? Failed miserably iirc. Thompson likes to hang onto the puck and create his own offense, not a good fit IMO. Tarasenko tho.

Is his named pronounced Gil-Bert? Or Jill-Bear?

That can only mean one thing.

He'll get his chance. Part of it is that when they call him up, they don't want to be put in a position where they'll quickly need to send him back down. No harm in overbaking the young swede.... that and they probably want to give Jack a chance to clean up his heroin addiction as swede's are scientifically proven to more readily succumb to nasty drug habits... see Berglund, Patrik. Or I'm just making stuff up to fit a narrative.
-
Probably because of his involvement in the largest heroin distribution ring in the northeast. That and Jack's near overdose.

I blame Whaley.

Yeah but TBL will only have about $6m in cap space to fill 7 roster spots next season, including re-signing Brayden Point who will be an RFA, but is well over a 100pt pace.
-
Need another Skinner type deal... a middling prospect, and a pick or two for a legit NHL contributor. However, those types are deals are typically to be had during the offseason. In season, the price will be much higher... which is why I think he waits out the season and tries for another bargain in the summer.
-
I like Okposo's game. He's not scoring, but he plays hard and contributes in other ways... he's physical and vocal. That said, yes, he's extremely overpaid... but I wouldn't sacrifice futures just to get his contract off the books.
-
Nice win they needed that. Good confidence builder without their Captain.

2 seasons in the top Finnish league would be a step up from the CHL.
-
It should be 2-0 Buffalo... but it's not. Once the scoring chances dry up the game is over.
-
Play like crappo for Kakko.

Tampa / Toronto wouldn't even be close. Talk about a mismatch.
