Bio, that complaint sounds all too familiar. it sounds like you are the victim of a stacked ranking system at your place of employment, a horrible system that usually results in exactly what you are feeling now, demotivation. I learned long ago that HR is really not there to serve the concerns of individual employees, but rather to protect the companies interests at all costs. The next time I go to HR for anything will be to either hand in my resignation, or when they are ready to walk me out the door. .
