Glad to hear things worked out, the exact same thing happened to my wife a few weeks ago with the call for a repeat. She is in the medical field herself so she is able to navigate the waters of medical obfuscation better than most, but it still makes for an anxiety filled day.

I just did the reverse. My company had a charity fundraiser where they put "bounties" on beards. My bounty level was reached so I had to shave my goatee, and now my wife won't let me grow it back!

This is why I'm not so on board with bringing Nolan back. PR wise it will be a ###### storm if they let Nolan go again after such a short stint. -

I don't think it's douchey at all. The tweet is directed at Sabres fans about something the overwhelming majority of them have been clamoring for. I'm sure any announcement made internally was done in a more professional manner. -
Gerbe Good for him, he is proving the Sabres wrong thus far.

I love the change in direction, but this is still a team with one legit NHL top 6 forward and zero top pair d-men. Hopeful suffering should be the new mantra. -
Good post.

Because "suffering" in the abstract is a whole different animal than staring it in the face each and every night. -

If nothing else Patty will provide instant help with recruitment should they decide to once again include free agency as part of the revamped #blueprint. -

You forgot that Pegula is a meddler, he's got the trade front down. -

Other than Patty possibly helping with the FA recruiting problem, probably not. -

I'm ok with pink slipping RR, but not sure about Nolan. Bring back the goatheads??? -

In this climate it's a bad choice of words using "major" if it doesn't involve a coaching or GM change. -
and at 2:15 today (14:15) it gets totally awesome.

I gotta tell you boys that I'm truly surprised that this season seems to be playing out exactly like the previous thiteen seasons. Totally shocked. Never saw this coming.

We've got folks from the government doing a site visit tomorrow to inspect the new diagnostic we are trying to develop. I just got an email with a revised agenda and I'm only getting 20 minutes for my piece of the presentation. All week I was preparing for the 50 minutes I was originally given, so now I'm staring at a 40 slide presentation that I no longer have enough time to get through. I probably could spend the night working from home and cut it down, but there is no way am I going to do that. I prepared 40 and they are getting 40, I'll just have to give a speed presentation RJ style.

I had a full plate on Sunday and I didn't begin watching until around 4 pm on the DVR. As soon as this play happened, yet another Bills loss was cast in stone and I just fast forwarded to the end of the game to confirm it.

The bills are the bills until/if they make the playoffs again. I have refused to be sucked in by this team despite the fact that they are more competitive each week than in seasons past.

Here you go. You can find out everything you'd possibly like to know about this horrible plethora of craft beer choices at these two sites. A little time invested, but no money wasted. People forget we aren't that far removed from having Bud/Miller/Coors and their respective light versions making up the majority of what we could chose from. I personally think there is a craft beer bubble about to burst, but we shouldn't be complaining about these extra choices. http://www.ratebeer.com/ http://beeradvocate.com/
