I actually think its the right handed piece. Ryjo and Bryson were both lefties. Ruff said Sammy will be likley playing on Saturday, my guess is he wants a right handed player to compliment that pair. Ruff is very big about right/left on a d pair. Im sure it kills him to have Byram/Dahlin out there together, but this truly is what my guess is the case.

Yep I couldn’t agree more. I do honestly think UPL will be improved with the defense as well but he has to earn , no doubt about that Have to see Ellis play, I just am having a feeling he is gonna be good

They would but they have zero cap space so to make it work it has to be money in money out or we retain and I am not retaining on UPL

I also cant understand the logic when your 3 toughest players are Greenway Kesserling and Geertsen, and you will be playing a pissed of Rangers team that will have Rempe playing, and two of those 3 are injured....you dont put Geertsen in? I actually agree with this 100 percent. Gives UPL a month to hopefully get healthy and then if he comes back and is lights out, we can try and waive Ellis. and if UPL is bad, then we run Lyon and Ellis, I frankly don't care, the best goalie is playing period
