I would not adams is utterly incompetent if he is allowing Pegula to make these inane player moves and build the team with him as a figure head and doesn't quit he is complicit and even more incompetent than I could ever imagine. Pegula is a huge problem enabling him is a bigger one. No one in the history of employment has ever been worse at their chosen job then adams is at his... period . His tea. Just blew a 4-0 lead to a .500 team at home after losing 3 in a row ... they are atrocious and an embarrassment to themselves their families and any one who ever went to work and did a job.

I agree with this... the fact of the matter is the team is not constructed of Hockey Players regardless of size... and when I say Hockey Play i mean people that do what it takes to play hockey and that includes giving and receiving contact and still being able to play the game. The absence of players who will hold others accountable and not just go get bludgeoned when it goes down... is a problem... you can see we fear other teams, contact and appropriately holding them accountable for liberties.. that is because those teams have several people that will pound you... whether its in a fight or during the course of a game... so they play timid.... because as a whole we have none of that... no one feels emboldened to be aggressive... conversely, no one on other teams feel scared to push us and press the aggression... they know there will be no price to pay... in fact this entire organization in the past 15 years you only need to watch Ryan Miller getting run over by Lucic to understand what this pathetic group of figure skaters has been about organizationally for the last two decades. Our management doesn't seem to even have the basic understanding that this is the problem. In fact they have let this brand slip so horrifically that we are number 1 on everyone's no trade list... you cant even pay them to come here... they know it is a failing model and that they will get bludgeoned by real teams with real hockey players...

My only problem is that I dont want Adams doing it... I have no faith in his ability to understand hockey and how a team needs to be built, he should go back to managing the bathroom upgrade project in the arena.

I agree... they are who they have always been. Adams tried to put lipstick on a pig... in the end, he missed with the lipstick because by all accounts this team is exactly who they have been. Players like Thompson, Quinn, Peterka,Power, Muel, Joker, at this point Tuch, are soft ... Cozens and Benson are the only two that have any skill and grit and they are effectively beating it out of Cozens and soon to be Benson... until they get traded to a real team and win the cup. The players coming up Rozen, Kulich, etc are not "leaders" and sandpaper to play against... our pick ups outside of Zucker and maybe McLeod are simply downgrades from girgensens and Okposo... same weak uninspired lack luster bunch of Ice capades stand ins we have always had.

This is precisely why I do not want Adams to make anymore trades.. He is soundly incompetent or secretly on the payroll of another team... No one can possibly be that bad at their job. And quite honestly, Okposo and Girgensens would be an upgrade to Malenstyn NAK and Laughing boy.

This is spot on... this team is built for pick up ice capade hockey. It will not stand in Feb,march and April when the real "I wanna make the playoffs" hockey is played. Let alone God forbid they actually make the playoffs they are gonna get killed. The abject ineptitude of our orginazation is rivaled only maybe by the New York Jets. I am fairly certain no one in the history of employment has been worse at their given jobs then the entirety of these two hapless jokes. They must completely clean house and hire someone who actually has attended a hockey game or even at least knows someone that has... because it is readily apparent that our entire organization couldnt possibly understand the game. There legitamately can be no other plausible reason for not making the playoffs for going on 14 years when half the league does and the draft is structured the way it is. You have a better chance of winning the lottery twice. With regards to trades... please no trades. I do not want Adams doing anything with what little assets we do have.

I agree, and I think they want Dahlin to be the face and to lead... I hope someday this comes true, as it stands currently, I am not seeing it... but it is early yet. Stripping the C too soon is counter productive I would agree, but at some point, is it a lever to pull... who knows maybe it sparks him... With respect to Pegula, I agree... and in some respect I cant figure him out... we are stuck with this...

Ok now that one I can buy, I dont agree with it necessarily that it was earned, but not gonna lie, I thought he or Tuch should have been named captain. And again, I said if we get into December and this continues... not sure where we are getting 12 games from... half a season in and the team is still failing... with respect to understanding leadership LOL, lets just leave it there... again, leadership is earned... it isnt a title, it is the willingness of others to follow you.... and then ultimately successful leadership is measured by results and discretionary effort... currently I am seeing neither out of this team... With respect to loud, I never said I wanted a loud captain? quite honestly I believe, reluctant leaders are typically the best... they are the ones who are followed because they have those innate qualities to follow.... they dont have to say a word... they just lead... those are the most effective to me. I was in a discussion off topic about Stephon Diggs... This is not a natural leader who wants to be one... so he gets loud and abrasive... yet people wont follow him... but you take a guy lets say like Chris Drury... quiet unassuming and folks ran thru a wall for him... I do like the discussion. And no, I dont know if it is the right thing to do... but we get thru December and half the season and are still losing with this consistency,, I wonder if that is not a lever to pull.
