I agree, I have never heard an owner apology, but honestly not looking for one.. I like what Charlie Jacobs did after 1 year in a row of not being in the playoffs... I could not agree with you more, I have said it, as have you, over and over... just firing Adams and Ruff and plucking in Jarmo and Appert isnt gonna do it... you need to go out there and find exactly what you said and pay what you need to pay to get it... then turn it over to them... and allow them to assess, create vision, and execute as a cohesive unit...

Not to mention... if you are ultimately of the opinion that this roster needs to pretty much be torn down... brining in your next coach and GM to observe is the correct move at this juncture... giving them another year of abject failure will do nothing be make your stars and free agents want to move on and bring in a new Coach and GM to observe next year to do the same thing...

I am saying that... and looking at rebuilding thru the draft like from the ground up 5 years to get good when a lot of those players take 2 or 3 to get here seems like the ball park... and that is if you get it right... but of course I have no crystal ball... nor do I know the level of competence that Pegula would hire... but I feel like this is going to go on for a very long time... JMO... but to your main point... yes that is what I am saying... they are ultimately going to need to tear this down... I think that your core of Dahlin, Thompson, Tuch, etc will pretty much make them tear it down... I think they will want out of here... I cannot see Thompson looking at being 30 years old and never making the playoffs... or Dahlin in his late 20s never in a playoff game... I think they are going to force their way out... we wont be able to procure NHL players because of no trade clauses and get littered with draft picks and prospects or the odd Josh Norris who looks kinda good on paper but breaks when he sneezes to hard...

It's what I think will happen this year... not sure why its odd... and i am confused about how its been repeatedly proven untrue... each year is a new year that is an amalgamation of prior years. I think TP will be forced to do something... the player exodus will start with stars Dahlin Thompson etc wanting trades... Adams will get fleeced, Sabres will miss the playoffs, Adams will get promoted to POHO because Terry needs his a$$ sniffing sycophant, Jarmo will get moved to GM. Ruff will get fired and the worst PP coach in the history of the league appert will get made head coach. We will be devoid of any real talent, stuck with massive contracts like Norris, Power, Greenway, Muel etc who probably won't even make a half a season without being hurt agaaaain... literally no free agents will even consider entering New York state let alone come here.
