I’m not going to get worked up over what the return may or may not be for Jack. IMO his value is diminished due to the neck uncertainty, and I have a strong feeling Jack tapped out and wants to go no matter what. Same goes for Risto and Reinhart. I’ve accepted the fact that all 3 may be gone before the start of next season. If so, then the page turns and keep the fingers crossed that Adams and Karmanos have a solid plan in place.

I realize there are no guarantees, but for a guy ranked in the top 5(and in a lot of cases, top 2) even in a down draft year, I would hope for more than a 30-35 point player.

I still want Beniers. Worst case he ends up being a good 2-way 2C putting up 50-55 points a year. I’d be thrilled with that result.

So when do we get an update on Jack. Surgery? Further rehab? On the trade market? Did a 180 and loves everything Buffalo? etc...

I have only seen a few highlights of each, and what has been discussed here. My vote is Beniers. Nothing that happens between now and the draft will change my mind....except for a bizarre off-ice incident.
