  1. Correct as the draft is fine but Adams makes or breaks his tenure from tonight to the end of next week. If the roster does not get some significant additions (with the anticipated trade of Byram) he’s cooked as is the 2025/2026 season
  2. Yea that’s why my thread said “trade for Robertson” not sign him
  3. And a small one with o ability Meaning offensive ability
  4. Last center drafters I googled and stop reading when it said: perimeter player who projects to be a middle six forward at the NCAA level. Possibly a priority college free agent signing. I need a life. Actually I’m sick and have nothing better to do. I expect one of 7th to be drafted with, 1 to be traded for a 2026 7th and one to be be traded for Robertson (joking)
  5. Thats all the Sabres have been doing - drafting big and nasty. The two guys from Utah are also nasty. You’ve been camping or something without internet the last 3 days??
  6. Correct - only makes sense if they use the extra cap space and historically they are not a cap team. kA prove me wrong b1tch
  7. Noah Laberge 6'0 LHD. At least he's left handed.
  8. Oh yes, there's that, worht a try anyway, maybe Adams did try? My guess is he did not
  9. Seeing this, Adams should be calling Toronto saying we can mtch/give you more and VEG is more of a threat to the Stanley Cup than Buffalo
  10. Adams should be doing this with Ehlers and/or Robertson but it's too complex for him. He rather let someone else sign Ehlers as a UFA and someone else trade for Richardson. One can only hope he's looking into these things
  11. Good find. Karlsson is terrible defensively, so this could be a good thing. If Byram is traded and nobody else added, first, yikes, 2nd, I guess you play Dahlin and Power with Sammy and the two new RHD's and see what clicks.
  12. Yep the europeans are typically ultra competitive so there's that. Trying to keep Kulich happy by drafting his younger firends. Melanche Goalie drafted. Big but what I need to know is of he shoots RH. Really Good stats for the Q. Goalies are lottery tickets and should pick one every year, so check
  13. Botterill crazy enough was worse than Adams, yet got another job? Murray i think was okay (though his drafting wasn't good), he just rushed the process too quickly. choosing Botterill over Zito set this team back a decade plus
  14. Didn't think you would be an Adams apologetic? I try to be rationale as I'm reserving judgment until i see what he does next week, but in his 5 years he's been pretty disasterous. I cautiously like what he's done so far this year but if the roster stays as it is, this is another 70-80 point team and he'll be fired. Minimum, if he trades Byram, he needs a top 6 forward. He would also have a huge hole at D2 (sammy aint it) and Goalie (not sure where his love of UPL comes from).
  15. Big 6'4" Center, limited offense, good 200 ft player. Just a guess, but, he ends up being in the 70%
  16. who really cares? I guess Tuch could have recorded it saying (saturday's pick)?
  17. Not when your stat line in 15 nhl games is 0 goals, 1 assist, -6. Some guys are just AHL guys unfortunately....bad pick
  18. Solid pick, I show him ranked at 71, picked at 71. Seems destined to a bottom pair role, with little to no offensive ability, which is fine for a 3rd rounder
  19. Big RHD and nasty. Nothing wrong with it, less offense than sammy which is hard to do, but we alwys need more nastiness
  20. We're looking to trade 71 for another EHL player
  21. Fairburn doesn't like the trade. Thinks Timmins and Clifton are similar, Belliveau is a zero and the Sabres gave away a high 2nd round pick. He says KA loves giving away 2nd's for nothing (trading a 2nd for Mallienstein last year). KA's scouts much love him
  22. Clearing space, but will they use it? all the teams they're fighting for for the last playoffs spots have gotten better. As of right now, the Sabres have gotten worse
